Well I do not know whether I should blog here because clearly, no one is reading it... ever!
Everyone is totally crazy over Twilight and I consider myself being thrown into this madness of the most amazing Vampire love saga. I may be a huge fan but I keep my option wide open because my interest in books are pretty much eclectic. While Twilight fans from all over the awaits the release of the fourth installment from the series Breaking Dawn, Stephenie Meyer have released The Host. It is an amazing Sci-Fi fiction but without the whole spaceship and all that high tech descriptions. I am a huge fan of Sci-Fi and I find the book is a little hard to read especially the first few chapters (make sure you read them in a quite place) but then I finally get the whole story. When I read the reviews on Amazon (I can't review it there since I am not a customer) many fans would think it is a horrid since I think the might expect it to be like Twilight all vampire/human like but what fans do not get it is that we could finally see a different side of her. I dare say it is a good read BUT if you are not or never was a fan of Sci-Fi environment then it can be a bit boring. I did not regret buying it (got it for 20% off!!! at Borders) and will make it part of the Twilight family because I just love Stephenie Meyer. Oh am I the only adult who reads young adult books? I am not just talking about Twilight but I am talking about actually go out there and buy books from other authors? I have! I've been having The Luxe and Tithe on hold and been re-reading Narnia over and over again! Reading young adult books totally is the new thing! In another agenda, I can't wait for the movie Twilight to be released and I am going with two of my young adult friends :). my latest shot at deviantART! Do come and visit! I've never heard of Twilight, I'll have to look into it. I don't remember seeing the books when I was in the bookstore, but that's probably because they're in a section I usually don't go in, LOL.

lunarfruity shared these thoughts...I really liked the host, and I agree, the beginning is kinda slow, but I really loved the rest of it. It's different from the twilight series, but still Stephenie Meyer's style.
And yes, I will forever and for always reread the Narnia books. ;P
